Produkt gut. Shopabwicklung ?

Ja, das Produkt ist sehr gut.Aber ihr Shop taugt nichts.
1.Ihr Zahlungsprovider mahnt mich an. ich hatte verschiedene Janker bestellt und einen retourniert.
2.Sie waren heute weder über das Telefon, noch über Kontakte aus Ihrem Zahlungsprovider zu erreichen.Erst über die Homepage Kontakte könnte ich meine Info über die Retour absetzen.

3.Zum Thema Retourenabwicklung schauen Sie sich einmaligen Wettbewerb an.
4.Den Janker habe ich über Vorkasse gezahlt. Das mache ich sonst nicht.Aber ich bräuchte leider die Jacke eiligst.
